The mother and daughter entered the shop at 1:58 pm and had the services for an hour and a half, instead of less than half an hour, as you could see the time was later at 3:30 pm. The actual cost for one person is S$99 and they paid S$22 is for them to enjoy an additional discounted service in future visit. They were happy while they left the shop.
However the following day, they came together with their family to cause trouble, asking our company to immediately refund the money.
