SINGAPORE: Uber Technologies is getting ready to offer its Southeast Asia ride-hailing business to Singapore-based Grab as an end-result of a generous stake in the organization, CNBC detailed, refering to two sources acquainted with the issue.

No arrangement has been come to yet and the planning of any arrangement is indeterminate, the report said.

In November it was accounted for that SoftBank Group’s multi-billion dollar interest in Uber had opened up the likelihood of consolidating it with other ride-hailing resources that the Japanese gathering possesses.

Uber declined to remark on the report.
