Ordered a food delivery via foodpanda. They sent me a rotten beancurd!!
I wrote to them and see their reply “…Mistakes do happen and we are sorry that your order is not up to our usual standards. Hope to see you anyway!”
Implying that it is acceptable to send rotten food to customer!! Wow, never expected them to respond in such a loose manner to their lapse in delivery management which may lead to serious consequences of food poisoning!
