It’s quite appalling that no one from the SAA’s secretariat has gotten in touch with me up till today since the incident on 26 June. No one explained to me what happened, apologise or ask me if I was alright despite being the first to know about the incident. And worst of all, the Sports & Development Manager cut off communication with me when I contacted her team regarding other matters pertaining to the upcoming SEA Games after I was back.
This is not the first time the staff has displayed unprofessionalism and immaturity pertaining to work related matters. She has also blocked me from WhatsApp since March this year and asked me to send all urgent request via email.
Glad that SAA management committee is looking into this matter and is investigating the staff who has been exhibiting negligence in her work.
Once again, many thanks to Singapore Airlines for their impeccable services and prompt assistance.
