Family sue Pokemon Go, After the game turned her home into nightmare

pokemon-goA Michigan couple documented a legal claim a week ago against Pokémon Go maker Niantic, alongside the Pokémon Company and Nintendo, asserting that the amusement has transformed their neighborhood into “a bad dream.”

Scott Dodich and Jayme Gotts-Dodich asked for the expulsion of Pokémon rec center and a Pokestop at Wahby Park in St. Clair Shores, as indicated by NBC’s Detroit offshoot WDIV. The couple assert that their once private parkway has been assumed control, on occasion, by Pokémon Go players who have blocked carports with vehicles and trespassed on yards.
