I made a grab family booking on 29th April. The driver charged me additional $2 bucks. I called in the hotline to check. Today Grab CSO told me that the driver disputed that I have 2 kids when I only had one.

Thus they will not refund the $2. And told me to go report police.

You picked me at my place, which is a private property and there are security cameras at my pick up point.

Brief details.
I booked a grabfamily trip from my home address to Keat Hong Quad on the date and time above. I was going to the destination with 3 passenger: Me My wife-to-be and her 2 year old child.

Vehicle SLR5696Y with Driver name: Kok Kian Huat was assigned to pick me to my destination for $10. Payment method was grabpay. After alighting at the destination, I checked my Grab application and I was charged $12. I called into Grab hotline to check the additional $2 extra charge.

Today, 4th May 2018, I received a call from Grab hotline that, the driver has disputed that the I am carrying 2 children during the trip. Thus Grab will not be refund the overcharged money back to my account. The CSO gave me an option to make a police report.

I like to make a police report of a fraud case by the driver: Kok Kian Huat off cheating passenger money.
The place I stay happens to be a condo which have security cameras that will be able to prove that I have one kid who board the vehicle with me.
