Multiple tests were done with canned meat in Hong Kong. Some products were found to have 560 times the amount of sodium as declared on the product label (OMG!)
According to the AVA, The luncheon meat brand Ma Ling is safe for consumption. Ma Ling luncheon meat has been in Singapore for many years. Earlier reports surfaced that Ma Ling has a high amount of sodium ( who don’t know, canned food leh).
