According To The Latest B*S Survey, Singaporeans More Happy About Public Transport Service

9564891395_2efc2250c9_bIn the latest Customer Satisfaction Index published by the Public Transport Council, commuters were more satisfied with MRT service as compared to the same period last year. From survey data, train reliability and staff helpfulness were key drivers of quality.

This is despite the spate of service delays in April along the North-South Line during the time period.

For the latest survey, 3,869 regular bus and MRT commuters, aged 15 years and above were asked to do a survey in random areas such as MRT or bus stops.
